Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with original packaging, invoice, and certification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery

  • Products purchased during sales or special offers

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Return Process

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Making charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchanges can be done for products of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Responsibility
