Shefali Verma is a dynamic and accomplished leader known for her academic excellence, administrative experience, and entrepreneurial vision. She completed her higher studies at the University of Westminster and further strengthened her global perspective with a Diploma from Cambridge. Demonstrating remarkable dedication, she cleared the IAS examination in the 2020 batch, which opened doors to significant opportunities, including her impactful work with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

With a passion for mentoring, Shefali also served as an IAS Faculty, guiding numerous aspirants with clarity and commitment. Today, she leads as the CEO of The House of Gold Smith, where her strategic thinking and humble leadership continue to drive the brand forward. Deeply rooted in social values, she donates a fixed monthly amount to Gau Raksha Dal and actively sponsors various cricket leagues.

Beyond her professional life, Shefali enjoys playing the piano, cycling, and is widely admired for her grounded, kind, and humble nature.
