1. Orders & Payments

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Customised jewellery requires advance payment, which is non-refundable.

Prices include metal value + making charges + GST unless mentioned otherwise.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

Silver products are sold at MRP based on current market rates.

Making charges on silver vary between ₹300–₹900 per gram depending on craftsmanship.

Products are eligible for exchange within 3 days of purchase.

No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Damaged, used or altered jewellery is not eligible for exchange.

3. Customisation Policy

Delivery time for customised gold/silver pieces is approximately 5 days.

Any further changes in design after approval will involve additional cost and time.

4. Warranty & Repairs

Regular wear-and-tear is not covered under warranty.

Repairs and polishing services may have additional charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ensure safe and secure packaging; however, delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.

Customer must provide accurate address and contact details.

6. Authenticity & Certification

All gold jewellery is sold with appropriate hallmarking (where applicable).

Stone certification is provided only for specific products.

7. Liability

The brand is not responsible for:

Damages due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage

Loss of jewellery after delivery

Colour fading due to usage over time

8. Privacy Policy

Customer data is confidential and used only for billing, delivery, and communication.

The brand does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the store is registered.
